Abstract

A society requires water to maintain and create economic growth to carry out activities such as fishing, production of goods, transportation, industry and tourism. This is why the objective of this research is to “Design a technical proposal in the channeling process of the MAE-3 that allows the recovery of water and minimizes environmental impacts (direct discharge to the coasts and damage to the coastline) by in the Comandante Ernesto Guevara Company. For the development of the research, scientific methods were used, among the theoretical ones we have: historical-logical, induction-deduction, analysis-synthesis, hypothetical-deductive, which allowed the elaboration of the theoretical referential framework, the systematization of the waters. residuals, their typology. Within the empirical studies, direct scientific observation, review and analysis of documents were used, these facilitated the diagnosis of the current state of the wastewater channeling system at the Ernesto Che Guevara Company and established new guidelines for the channeling process. Based on the technical proposal, the physical-chemical characterization of the effluent is carried out and it is defined that the most appropriate technological variant is liquid-solid separation, in which a sedimentator must be used; The impact on the coastal coastline is reduced and the company's expenses due to water consumption in the industrial process are reduced.
