Impacto da motivação dos funcionários no ambiente de trabalho na Administração Municipal de Saurimo

Abstract

The preparation of this article was motivated by the current situation of lack of motivation in which employees find themselves, a scenario that has increasingly negatively impacted the performance of workers and the productivity of companies. This is an indispensable tool that every manager must take into account in the leadership process to encourage employees to achieve an acceptable level of productivity and professional performance. The field of action of the research was the Municipal Administration of Saurimo, guided by a survey questionnaire consisting of closed questions, submitted to 20 employees who work in the Human Resources Office of this institution, as a way of understanding motivation in their work environment.
