The present research aims to develop a proposal for experimental activities using lowcost materials to improve the teaching-learning process (hereinafter PEA) of hydrostatics in the teaching department of Namacunde in the province of Cunene. This is a qualitative-quantitative (mixed) research. After diagnosing the initial situation of the problem, it was found that students have seen little connection between theory and practice in terms of carrying out experimental activities, which is why this proposal is extremely important. This article is summarized in two sections. The first presents the systematization of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the teaching and learning process of experimental activities in hydrostatics. In the second section, the current state of experimentation is characterized in the teaching and learning process of Physics in the 10th grade and, in order to provide a solution to the identified problem, a proposal for experimental activities was developed.
