The reserach training of students of the Accounting anf Finance major was conceived form de development of the research training qualities. This work aimed to desmostrate the results obtained in the devepmente of researcha training qualities, as a productive and assertive creator of professional Accounting texts and scientific texts, based on the distinctive professional lenguaje in Accounting and Finance major. The study was grounded in the materialist dialectical method as foundation of ecucational research, which was operationalized through the historical-logical method, analysis-synthesis, induction-dedduction, document review, observation, survey, evaluative scale and pedagogical testing. The study promoted research training activities in all subjects, emphasizing accounting profesional lenguaje, critical reading excercises, lenguaje-related research skills and drafting basic scientifics texts. The results obtained reflect that students have demostrated traits of researcg training quality, becoming assertive producers of professionals Accounting texts and scientifig texts, alongside improvements in oral and written communication. This development had a significant impact on several key aspects, it refined technical accounting lenguage, characterized students as professional accountants, helped students assimilate professional culture, and reinforced Cuban national identity.
