Propuesta metodológica para enseñar a estudiantes de licenciatura en cultura física a identificar talentos deportivos

In the formation of the Physical Culture career, it is going through limitations and deficiencies in the process of selecting sports talents for future professionals, since they present little skills to apply sports talents identification theory in practical context and present limitations in the availability and use of methodological tools adapted to the identification of sports talents within the formation of physical culture which urges the adoption of guidelines to be followed of training of future graduates, which allows permanent and sustainable feedback, at the different levels of career training, particularly based on a methodological proposal with a practical theoretical approach that integrates scientific knowledge and technical skills, which will favor students to graduate better prepared and trained to identify sports talents. Objective: Prepare a methodological proposal for the identification of sports talents in the Physical Culture career. Methods: Theoretical, empirical and statistical, which allowed detailed information about the current and final state of the diagnosis made to the selected sample. Among the empirical methods used are observation, interview and survey. Result: allowed to determine the feasibility level of the proposal, in the gradual solution of the insufficiencies presented. Conclusions: This analysis focused on identifying how the identification and selection of sports talents and what methodological tools were used in training.
