Abstract

This research is base bon the scientific problem referredn to the profesional performance of teachers in the Primary Education career that limit their training actiontowards students.The objetive is directed to the development of a methodological strategy for the formation of educational orientation competence in teachers of the primary Education career, supported by a model of this process, which contributes to the adequate profesional  perfomance of teacheer as a way to improve the training process of estudens.From a theoretical point of view,a theoetical model of the training process of educational orientation competence in teachers of the Primary Education career is provided, based on the Main Integrative Discipline. This process is energized by the training method of educational guidance.For the development of the theme, synthesis, historical logical, structural systemic, analysis, observation, interview, document review and moderation were used. On the basis of this model, a methodological strategy is provided, in a practical order, for the formation of educational orientation competence in teachers of the Primary Education career. The results allowed us to contribute to the profesional perfomance of teachers, which results in favorable results un the training process of students.
