Educational work in student residences plays a pivotal role in the comprehensive training of professionals within Cuban universities. This study designed an intervention system based on educational actions for the student residence at the University of Moa, aimed at enhancing students' holistic development. To achieve this, theoretical, empirical, and mathematical-statistical methods were used, including observation, surveys, interviews, and documentary analysis. Key findings revealed significant shortcomings in the use of extracurricular time, development of student resilience, and cultivation of technical skills linked to social responsibility. The proposed system is structured around three core components: academic and socioemotional development, ethical and civic education, and physical-recreational activities, all implemented through sequential phases of diagnosis, planning, execution, and evaluation. This model seeks to transform the residence into an intentional educational space that fosters not only academic achievement but also personal growth and social commitment.
